Summer is in full swing, if you haven't already started toning your tummy, what better time to start then NOW! Here is a basic but effective ab routine that can be done in the morning before work or anytime really! No equipment required, so no excuses. =]
90 Second Plank (I know it's a long time but think about something else, or how amazing you're going to look when you conquer this)
30 Leg Lifts (keep them slow and controlled for best results)
30 Bicycle Crunches (each side)
30 V-Ups (make them sharp and try and avoid using momentum, focus all on your core)
